It’s taking a bit longer than expected to roll out all the new features on Menprovement X. We thank you for your patience guys which leads us to this week’s action. If you’re not already, I want you to start practicing meditation. It’s one of the most powerful things you can do. Even for men.
Benefits of Meditation or Bro-tating:
Bro-tation is like hitting two birds with one stone — it’s a time to chill and also reap benefits at the same time, so get ready to lace up your shoes and take all the benefits coming your way! Meditation is great for dudes because listening to our breath can help reduce stress, increase focus and productivity, provide restful sleep and even make us look younger. In no time you can start seeing major benefits of taking some down-time to meditate. Being able to produce a calmness within ourselves is key when reaching goals — don’t let life pass you by without bro-tating!
How to Meditate:
All you need is some peace and quiet, a comfortable place to sit, and around 10 minutes of your time. To start meditating, simply close your eyes and focus on your breathing. With each breath, try to clear your mind of distracting thoughts until you reach a state of blissful relaxation. Once you’re in the zone, stay here as long as you’d like before slowly coming back to reality. Mastering meditation doesn’t happen overnight but with some patience and practice, you’ll be able to reap all its benefits in no time guys.
