Not a lot went down these last few weeks. We got a bit tied up, but we absolutely crushed it on the blog. Bro-tation is like hitting two birds with one stone — it’s a time to chill and also reap benefits at the same time, so get ready to lace up your shoes and take all the benefits coming your way! Meditation is great for dudes because listening to our breath can help reduce stress, increase focus and productivity, provide restful sleep and even make us look younger. In no time you can start seeing major benefits of taking some down-time to meditate. Being able to produce a calmness within ourselves is key when reaching goals — don’t let life pass you by without bro-tating!

What’s up guys. Been an epic month at Menprovement.
We are moving closer towards officially launching Menprovement X to the public. We have decided to go with a 3 day free trial for new users – so look out for that. We are proud to announce that we have added 2 new team members:
