The Video Lessons
Start here with the 40 core video lessons. There is a lot of content, but try and watch them all. There's no rush so take your time.
The 6 Week Action Plan
When you're done with Modules 1 & 2 of the video lessons begin implementing the 6 week action plan at your own pace.
In-Ear Audio Coaching
As you start to put everything into practice, it can be very helpful to use our pre-recorded coaching audio's to keep you on track.
Post in The Group
If you are new, please introduce yourself in the group. Keep us posted on your progress & ask questions/support others. You will need to request access and John will grant you access.
Weekly Q&A Calls (CHANGED!)
Because of Time Zone issues - we have decided to change from weekly Q&A calls to a WhatsApp Group, where you can ask/answer questions in real time - while you are out or doing exercises.
